SEERO is built on integrity, honesty and robust customer relationships. We adhere to the highest ethical standards and comply with applicable laws while ensuring exceptional service delivery for our clients. Our actions and decisions are guided by general ethical principles and basic legal guidelines stated in our Code of Conduct.

Training

We ensure to update our ethics training each year to keep the contents relevant. Real-world examples are incorporated into the training to reinforce the direct applicability of ethics, anti-corruption and anti-trust messages. Our employees are trained regularly on evolving areas of compliance across these domains. Training sessions are done through different fora including webinars, short training videos and in-person training to ensure as many employees as possible are captured.

Helpline

We maintain a 24/7 helpdesk open to all our employees, contractors and third-party dealers. All communications, including emails and calls, are thoroughly investigated and handled while ensuring the confidentiality and anonymity of reporters. We do not support acts of retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, voices concerns about a violation or participated in an investigation of a possible violation.

If a report about a violation of our policies has been substantiated, we take appropriate disciplinary and/or corrective action.

Governance

Our audit programs are regularly done using a risk-based approach with the results reviewed and appropriately addressed by the management. Our executive leadership team is structured around appropriate communication, and they communicate regularly and directly with our employees worldwide about the importance of integrity.

The ethics and compliance committee across different geographical locations is chaired by the corresponding Head of Business, who reports quarterly to the Global Ethics Committee on pertinent issues.
