Our leadership culture stands on four main pillars:

• Continuous Learning: We believe that the ability to continue to learn and develop one’s skill set is key for us as a company. There is always room for improvement and learning, and our culture embraces and encourages this. The best way to learn is by solving our challenges and developing our problem-identification, and solving skills
• Natural leaders: organizational structure is only one tool to empower leaders. We keep our teams dynamic and flexible, so we naturally develop leaders. People who do not prefer the “first line” is also empowered in their leadership skills by making them aware of challenges and allowing them to contribute to the advancement of the company through their own strengths. Leadership is for everyone.
• Leadership over management: Leadership is the art of motivating people and using resources to achieve our goals. We do not “manage” our people in the traditional way. We lead by empowerment. We have no “bosses” in the company. No one is above anyone. Everyone is on a flat ground but with different levels of responsibility. Our teams support the leaders, and the leaders empower the teams. We lead from the point of humility, and we ensure that everyone feels this across the board.
• Two-way leadership evaluations: We develop periodic career development and performance evaluations for our team members and leaders. Leadership and proactiveness are key evaluation factors. We also ask our team members about their leaders and ensure that their feedback is considered by the leaders. Leadership is a two-way street to ensure that leaders and their team members are progressing together.

SEERO operates in multiple jurisdictions with different commercial entities for each location. We develop a multi-jurisdictional Leadership Board that constitutes the principal directors or general managers.
