Seero provided the Design of the proposed internal roads and parking areas of the 2500- Land Forces Camp, Qatar, the following requirements:

  1. Prepared the Detailed Geometric Design Drawings of the proposed internal roads and parking areas including the following:
    • Road Marking & Traffic Signs Layout
    • Setting Out Layout Plans
    • Road Layout Plans
    • Roads Profiles
    • Road Co-Ordinates Layout
  2. Prepared the Detailed Pavement Design Drawings and Calculations of the proposed internal road including the following:
    • Road Cross-Sections Showing the Pavement Layers Thicknesses.
    • Interlock Pavement Sections
    • Pavement Tie-in Details
    • Road Typical Details
  3. Preparing the Drainage System Design Drawings and Calculations of the proposed internal road
    including the following:
    • Surface water/ public storm water drainage detailed design

The number of soakways manholes of Le Reve Building (B+G+M+5) & multifunctional Center project, at aspire zone have been minimized from 30 to 19 manholes by proposing boreholes up to water table.

Scope:

Seero Scope of work was to carry out Stormwater Calculations and Validation for P2022 – 204 Le Reve Building Project, Aspire Zone, Qatar. Seero achieved the following deliverables:

  • Stormwater Calculations Report (Technical Notes showing the validation calculations)

Description:

Seero was assigned as a consultant for design works for the roads and wet utilities design for Al Shamal Camp that includes several buildings surrounded by internal road network and have a connection point to an external road through an entry/exit point. The project location is in Al Shamal, Qatar.

Scope:

Seero carried Road Design consultancy works for the surrounding and internal roads of the project:

  • Road geometric design
  • Road marking and traffic signs
  • Pavement Design
  • Concrete Slabs for airplanes taxiway

Full storm water drainage design including flood assessment for the internal and external driveways:

  • Storm water layout and the system distribution.
  • Storm water calculations and area analysis.

Luhwailah Link Road

Description:

Luhwailah link road is a 12 km long road and it’s part of the expressway program in Public Works Authority (PWA- Ashghal) projects. The project is in the North of Qatar, starting from exit no. 66 and extends towards the sea.

Scope:

Seero has conducted a Swale Ditch Assessment study for the project. The assessment was for the current condition of the as-built swale ditch system. It also consisted of a Value Engineering study (VE) and several assessment as listed below:

Description:

The project contains two separate locations, one is near Marina District and the other is close to the Terminal. Both areas contain asphalt roads with approximate total length of 3.5 km. The roads in both locations are surrounded by Promenade, Cycling Path, Jogging Path. One of the locations contains car parking with 20,000 sqm. area. The proposed Site Plan-Concept Sketch of the project showing all the internal roads.

Scope:

The scope of work was the following requirements:

  1. Prepared the Detailed Geometric Design Drawings of the proposed internal roads and parking areas including the following:
