Al Wakra Beach Project is a family beach located in Al Wakra City with a length of 3 km, composed of three zones covering an area of 335,000 sqm, and is designed to become a leisure destination suitable for families.
Seero scope was to review and develop the conceptual design to generate a detailed design drawings for the beach and its facilities.
In addition to design the HVAC ,plumbing & Electrical Power supply and develop a detailed design for all the buildings involved ( Toilets & Cafeteria ) along with BOQ & Specs. The scope includes :
