Seero scope of work has been briefly listed below:

• Service 1: Assess and Improved the Roads and Parking Area Geometry, Traffic Circulation, Marking and Signage.
• Service 2: Rebuilt the Civil 3D model for the External and Internal Roads within the Project Plot Area (as a Soft copy).
• Service 3: Prepared Detailed Roads Design and submit Detailed Design Report and shop drawings.
• Service 4: Designed Surface Water Drainage that included only Catchment Area analysis, Runoff calculations and determined the locations and spacing of road gullies.
