The tower is located in Al Dafna area and is connected to Al Corniche street from the southeast boundary and to one-way local roads from the north and east boundaries.
The project is designed to have offices, residential, and retail spaces. It includes 173 residential units, 32,504 sqm of office spaces and 4,774 sqm of retail spaces.
The estimated trips for the project is more than 500 trips which required a full TIS covering all traffic aspects within the plot limit along with analyzing its impact on the surrounding junctions and roads using multiple software such as Sidra and Synchro. Seero enhanced the project accessibility and connectivity with the surrounding road network.
