Our scope was to prepare and submit master plan and all building design layouts for Al Sheehaniya Municipality approval through building permit system. Thus, Seero team has prepared the following deliverables and submitted them to MME:

1. Architectural Design
   • Master Plan
   • Building Design
     1. 4 Guest rooms and kitchen.
     2. Majlis 300 sqm.
     3. Labour Accommodation 575 sqm. (Porto Cabin only)
     4. Pergola Building (Considering as-built only)
2. Structural/MEP Drawings for Municipality approval only.
3. Approval from Al Sheehaniya Municipality.
