Farm in Al Sana Area

Description:

The Farm was for a private client where he requested from Seero Engineering Consulting to design some buildings inside the property and make it as a place for entertaining. The client requested to have the following:

4 Guest Rooms with a common kitchen and swimming pool.
Majlis for family gathering.
Labor accommodation for labors who work on the farm.
Pergola building which includes some entertainment like TV, Billiard and Table Tennis
Bathroom blocks

Scope:

Our scope was to prepare and submit master plan and all building design layouts for Al Sheehaniya Municipality approval through building permit system. Thus, Seero team has prepared the following deliverables and submitted them to MME:

Architectural Design
- Master Plan
- Building Design
  1. 4 Guest rooms and kitchen.
  2. Majlis 300 sqm.
  3. Labour Accommodation 575 sqm. (Porto Cabin only)
  4. Pergola Building (Considering as-built only)
Structural/MEP Drawings for Municipality approval only.
Approval from Al Sheehaniya Municipality.
