JW Marriott Hotel Tower has been designed by M.Z. & Partners. The tower is distributed on (G51+) floors with 3 basement floors. It contains 297 hotel rooms, 121 apartments and approximately 5000 square meters of rentable areas where ballroom, night club, offices & business area, gym & spa, and restaurants are available. The project is located in the Diplomatic Street in the Towers zone, Al Dafna, Doha, Qatar. 

The main objective of the TIS is to evaluate and mitigate the impact of the Tower on the surrounding immediate road network and to evaluate and mitigate various safety issues within the project boundary area.
