The proposed project is a workshop warehouse for metal production with 8,220 sqm. The warehouse consists of offices and working facilities and spaces. The project is designed with a ground floor and mezzanine only.
Seero prepared the architectural design of the proposed building, aligned with the structural and MEP to obtain DC-1, DC-2 approvals and building permit.
