The Qetaifan Island North (QIN), which lies off the east coast of Lusail City, is planned to be one of the most significant mixed-use facilities and to deliver a world-class leisure destination. The concept masterplan envisages a development centered on an iconic waterpark with leisure attractions, luxury hotels, and unrivalled low- to medium-density accommodation, creating distinct neighborhoods, pedestrian-friendly streets, lining gardens, and sustainable and intelligent supporting infrastructure with a strong emphasis on its adjacent marine environment.
