The Shopping Center (LB+B+G+1) is located in Ain Khaled, Salwa Road, Doha, Qatar. The project-opening year is 2019 and the horizon year is 2031. The shopping centre mainly has rentable shops, cinemas, entertainment area, food court etc. with common spaces and services. The ground floor of the development is the access for the ground parking areas, drop-off area, and the basement floors. The first and second basements are designed to provide parking spaces for the visitors of the center.
Based on the project location and the land use, it was calculated that a total of 2,960 two-way trips will be generated by the project during the PM Peak hour, thus, the scope is to conduct a Full Traffic Impact study (TIS), including Site Development Review, Traffic Surveys, Traffic Strategic Modeling, Traffic Impact Assessment and Micro Simulation.
