The development area includes 3 different schools which are National Boys School, International School and National Girls School that are distributed in three distinct areas in the north of Doha, Al Kheesa, Umm Qarn zone and Jeryan Nejaima.

Each school in the proposed development has 64 regular classrooms, in addition to various laboratories, art rooms, music rooms, science rooms, computer rooms etc. It has been estimated that each school from the proposed development will generate 1,473 two-way trips during the AM peak hour. Therefore, the proposed developments will generate 4,419 two-way trips during the AM peak hour. Thus, a detailed TIS has been conducted.
